Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant looking to join our expanding team based in Darwin!

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Rehabilitation Consultantto join our expanding Northern Territory team based in Darwin!
As a Senior Consultant you will be afforded a large amount of autonomy in your day to day working life. As with all team members, you will play an integral part in maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders through positive communication and routine performance and quality meetings.
The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:

• Assist with an injured person’s recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
• Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
• Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge; &
• Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

• Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist with full AHPRA membership or Exercise Physiologist with ESSA membership as an AEP;
• Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
