Job Description
Your new role
We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Reporting Analyst to join our Governance and Support team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing data analysis to support the Customer Team in developing strategies for improved services and outcomes. Leveraging your extensive experience in complex data analysis activities, you will ensure a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is always applied.
An important aspect of this position involves the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards where you will be instrumental in driving high quality visual analytics, interpreting operational trends, and sharing business unit performance through monthly and quarterly reports.
Effective communication is critical in this role, and the successful candidate will demonstrate experience in conveying technical concepts and data findings within CSC and to external stakeholders. Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll need to excel

• You must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain an baseline clearance
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools with expertise in Tableau required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, statistics, or data science, preferred
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-quality reports and analytics
• Ability to create and maintain Tableau and Salesforce dashboards
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to work with external and internal stakeholders across CSC
• Ability to investigate and analyse complex data sets to produce insights and reports
• Experience using structured toolsets like SQL
• High level of customer focus, accountability and professionalism
