Salary Range: $97,182 - $110,708 (PN: 36533)
The successful applicant will lead the research work of the Office of General Practice and Primary Care (OGPPC) and Academic Unit of General Practice (AUGP) which together form a cohesive team.
The OGPPC has developed research activities that encompass child health, integrated service development, clinical research, individual routes to health and healing, social determinants of medical care, and scholarship in teaching and learning. We actively collaborate with other organisations and communicate our research findings broadly. In addition, the OGPPC contributes to policy development within the ACT and wider Australian health services through the work of the GP Advisor, providing general practice representation.
Eligibility/Other requirements:
- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- A PhD in primary care or a health-related field.
- Eligibility to be registered with AHPRA or relevant peak professional body.
Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately to 24 April 2025, with the possibility of extension. This is a part-time position covering maternity leave. Depending on experience and skills, the successful candidate may be offered temporary hours varying between 0.5FTE to 0.8 FTE.
