The role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a candidate focussed role, sourcing mostly temp and some perm industrial and trades Blue Collar roles. Core responsibilities will be to source, screen and conduct relevant compliance to ensure candidates are ready for work. Typical roles include electricians, skilled labourers, mechanics, fitters, trade assistants. This role is based in the office 5 days/week.
About you
This is a busy and fast paced role that requires a strong team player with high levels of energy and self motivation.
You must have at least 6 months previous experience recruiting within the industrial or trades sector (either in-house or agency), be highly organised, and able to work autonomously to deadlines.
You will receive full comprehensive training and there is also a bonus associated with the role enabling you to earn up to $15-20k additional bonus/year, depending on performance.
