The role:

• Senior Restaurant Manager
• Lead teams of up to 30 in a fast paced service/back of house environment
• Help your team achieve customer service & productivity goals
• Full financial accountability for the restaurant; manager COGS, wastage & salaries

• Restaurant Manager with 5+ years in quick service businesses
• Love leading teams of 30+ & passionate about developing your people
• Highly developed skills in admin, controlling food costs and wages
• Passion for developing yourself & those around you
