Marshall Restorations are currently seeking experienced Restoration Technicians.

Restoration Technicians are among the first people to provide support to victims of fires, floods, and other disasters by helping them restore their homes and property so they can start getting their lives back to normal. Restoration Technicians help assess what property and belongings can be saved and begin the process of water and debris clean up. The job of a Restoration Technician takes communication skills, empathy, and physical stamina to do the on-site work required.
Marshall Restorations are currently seeking experienced Restoration Technicians.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Include:
  • Extraction, cleaning, pack-out, sanitisation, structural / contents drying procedures
  • Attend to water/fire/mould affected properties and commence mitigation processes and any clean up related responsibilities within the scope of works across building, strata and / or contents
  • Progressive monitoring of restoration and mitigation of sites as well as in-house restoration procedures such as contents processing and content restoration
  • Work collaboratively and cohesively with field technicians, project managers to amplify synergies
  • Liaise daily with admin operations in relation to job updates, reporting, scopes and instructions, as well as time/materials and equipment billing
  • Daily compliance and completion of timesheets, worksheets and all administration tasks including maintenance of outlook inbox correspondence
  • Adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements with a strong emphasis on WHS legislation
  • General manual labour duties including lifting and frequent driving

Role Requirements:
  • Physically fit (manual labour)
  • IICRC Qualifications
  • Previous restoration experience
  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Customer service focussed
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic nature
