We have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a diversified asset management client in North Strathfield and manage all aspects of tenancy relationships and property management for a shopping centre portfolio.
This position will be responsible for managing all the responsibilities and hold accountability for the overall performance of the properties and maintain excellent tenancy relationships.
Key elements of the role:
- Monitor the portfolio performance against plan, budget, service level agreements, key performance indicators and project specifications.
- Develop effective communication and client relationship structures that lead to improved client relationships
- Preparing detailed cash flow budgets covering all items of income and expenditure, monitoring budgets, reporting variations and forecasts.
- Implanting orderly lease administration and financial management procedures and overall reporting.
- Prepare accurate budgets, monitor all financial transactions relative to lease, debt control and detailed reporting.
- Making recommendations and conducting negotiations on all new lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews
Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience within Commercial or Retail property management;
- Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in a related property business preferred such as Property/Land Economics or FM related disciplines,
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential
