- Running the annual remuneration review, including:
- Setting relevant midpoints and ranges by job family
- Designing the remuneration review process
- BFI compliance
- Recommending and managing the budget recommendations matrix within the board approved budget
- Finalising papers for relevant approvals
- Equity programs tracking and administration
- Payroll review
- BAU remuneration work, including making recommendations for:
- New roles
- Ad-hoc/ out of cycle remuneration reviews or promotions
- Organisational restructures
- Policy work
- Remuneration report preparation
- REMCO paper preparation
- Remuneration governance
- Data submissions to FIRG
- Support for WEGA
- 5 + years in a similar role
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Remuneration governance financial services experience (preferred)
- Job grading and benchmarking
- Previous Equity experience
- ASX listed experience
- Payroll experience (preferred)
