Then this just might be…Your dream job:Your duties/responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
  • Running the annual remuneration review, including:
  • Setting relevant midpoints and ranges by job family
  • Designing the remuneration review process
  • BFI compliance
  • Recommending and managing the budget recommendations matrix within the board approved budget
  • Finalising papers for relevant approvals
  • Equity programs tracking and administration
  • Payroll review
  • BAU remuneration work, including making recommendations for:
  • New roles
  • Ad-hoc/ out of cycle remuneration reviews or promotions
  • Organisational restructures
  • Policy work
  • Remuneration report preparation
  • REMCO paper preparation
  • Remuneration governance
  • Data submissions to FIRG
  • Support for WEGA
Desired Skills and ExperienceYour life pre-Judo:
  • 5 + years in a similar role
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Remuneration governance financial services experience (preferred)
  • Job grading and benchmarking
  • Previous Equity experience
  • ASX listed experience
  • Payroll experience (preferred)
