Role PurposeThe
Senior Sales Delivery Representative is responsible for assigning work in line with business needs and contributing to the business growth objectives of Automotive by promoting awareness of Capricorn suppliers, products and services with the ultimate goal of increased share of wallet. To provide effective coaching and training to
Sales Delivery team to ensure excellence is met and maintained, and to provide operational support to the Sales Manager -
Sales Delivery as required.Capabilities Required
Skills, Knowledge and Attributes- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities;
- Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite;
- Knowledge of call centre statistics.
- Coaching & feedback skills to develop team members achieve results.
- Ability to take ownership of the role and its requirements.
Experience- Previous experience in a sales role highly desirable.
Qualifications- Completion of Year 10 High School Certificate or equivalent preferred;
- Train the Trainer (desirable);
- Customer Service Certificate (desirable).
