KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively generate and manage leads, guided by our expert team.
- Demonstrating a consultative sales approach on technical features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and recommend the most suitable products or services
- Creating and engaging in informative sales presentations
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
- Attending and participating in product training and explain the technical concepts in simple terms to the clients
- Regularly report to the sales team, providing insights on weekly activities and progress
- Provide feedback to product or service developers to support improvement initiatives
- Provide customers with new product information, technology training, and actively participating in new product launches
- Continually keeping up to date on new systems and products.
