The Position

Located in Fyshwick, we’re in search for a Senior Sales Manager.

This role presents an exceptional career opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in sales management and leadership with the primary focus to spearhead the latest addition to the Brandnet Group - BrandPro.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the group sales plan (conversion strategy) in conjunction with the group marketing plan.
  • Define, implement, and drive the sales strategy for winning new markets and new clients as well as retaining existing business.
  • Lead, manage and coach the sales and customer service teams and ensure sales and marketing goals are achieved.
  • Lead and grow a dynamic team of 3 Account Managers.
  • Elevate the skill sets within the team to new heights.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts and prospects.
  • Get hands-on at the 'coal-face' with smaller clients, providing crucial support.
  • Keep internal stakeholders in the loop and engaged with upcoming sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and foster relationships with key external stakeholders.

About you:

  • A proven track record in a sales management role, 5+ years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a customer-centric approach.
  • A results-driven leader with strong business acumen. 
  • Brand passion and the ability to be able to showcase proficiency in current marketing and brand development solutions, along with an understanding of government procurement and tendering processes.
  • Data savvy adept at interpreting and communicating insights, and quick to turn marketing ideas into action.
  • Mature thinker with a 'Big Picture' perspective.
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to execute.
  • Passionate and prideful in achieving excellence.
