About the Role:
Are you a seasoned Senior Investment Strategist with a passion for finance, property, and sales? Join our dynamic Executive Team at Wealth Hub Australia, where you'll be at the forefront of creating customised property portfolio plans for new clients and managing them through every stage of the property purchasing process. Your expertise in finance, property, and sales is vital for this role.

- Excellent & Professional Communication: Your ability to captivate audiences is essential.
- Client Education: Empower clients and build lasting relationships.
- Collaboration: Partner with our Directors & Executive staff to drive sales and client opportunities.
- Training: Assist in internal staff training.
- Versatility: Work independently or as a team player to close sales.
- Prospecting: Generate new prospects through referrals and existing clients.
- Liaison: Collaborate with our investment lending team.
- Property Presentation: Present shortlisted properties based on clients' property portfolio plans.
Who we’re looking for:
- 5-10 years of Sales Experience
- Previous experience in Property, Real Estate, and Finance
- Strategic Thinker: Analyze real estate and industry trends strategically.
- Creativity: Think creatively to contribute to the success of the business.
- Initiative: Demonstrate strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
