AddressRespiratory West, a private respiratory medicine specialist practice in St John of God Hospital Subiaco, seeks an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
Previous experience in the medical field is essential.
We seek a Medical Receptionist interested in part-time work, four days aweek, Tuesday - Friday. (3 days W-F will be considered) This is a front desk position with a senior receptionist supporting this role.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and managing diary appointments.
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Efficiently managing patient billing processes, including HIC online and EFTPOS.
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to physicians
What we are looking for:
- An experienced Medical Receptionist (Specialist Private Practice) with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Medical software experience with Genie
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Patient-focused
- Strong work ethic and works well in a team.
- Reliable and flexible
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks.
- A can-do approach and the ability to work under pressure.
