Role Description:
The Senior SAP Trainer will work end-end across the program to assess learning and development needs and create the training plans and deliver these.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a learning strategy
- Training needs analysis
- Develop training plans
- Design and develop training
- Create induction and onboarding
- Manage capability resources
- Mapping to BAU transition
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor management
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SAP Training delivery
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a program that spans leadership (culture), technical and operational/process perspectives
- Experience with cross functional training delivering across HCM, FI and EAM functional areas.
- Proven training material design and delivery experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in online training authoring tools (Enable Now)
- Experience with online training delivery via MS Teams/ Zoom
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast past learning environment
