We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist - NPD Protective Coatingswho is passionate about creating market-leading products that make a positive impact on consumers' lives. You'll have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver innovation in ANZ and enjoy the benefits of working closely with all parts of the business. You’ll be motivated by seeing products that you create on the shelves and being used every day by consumers.

Responsibilities

• Development of new coating technologies and novel products, all aimed at supporting the overall technical objectives of the DuluxGroup
• Ensure that products meet end-user performance and quality expectations
• Engage closely within cross-functional teams, including other functional team members, marketing, safety, supply chain, and others

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related material sciences field
• Preferable experience in Paint Technology or Surface Coatings
• Formulation experience is advantageous
• Strong multitasking ability and commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Ability to work independently, confidence in seeking clarification when needed, and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and SPC
