About the role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Service Advisor/Assistant Service Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover team in Osborne Park. We are seeking a committed, hard-working and passionate individual looking at taking the next step in their automotive career.
You will work alongside the Service Manager, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring our high level of customer service is maintained.
Your day will consist of:
- Preparing job cards, providing quotes and invoicing
- Communicating with the workshop regarding repair status and keeping customers informed
- Dealing with customer concerns
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Maintaining a strong NPS score
- Ensuring dealership and manufacturer KPI’s are met
- Supporting Service Advisors where required
- Supporting the Service Manager with daily operational requirements as required
Skills and experience
- Service Advising experience essential
- Management experience preferred
- ERA Power experience preferred.
- Solid performance record
- High level of commitment
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Looking for a long-term opportunity and career progression
