Our Government client is looking for a Senior Service Designer to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition,
design, development, implementation, and delivery. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Service Designer to contribute to the development of high-quality services for NSW Government.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop accessible, easy-to-use and supportable digital products and services.
- Facilitate the product vision and roadmap by designing and testing user experiences and services.
- Take a data-driven, human-centred design approach to complex problems to continually improve customer experience, user experience and user interface design.
- Journey mapping and persona profiling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content planners, developers, business units, and stakeholders via workshops and meetings.
- 5+ years as a Service Designer
- Experience working in the government sector preferred
- Previous experience with software integration or application development within an enterprise environment highly desirable.
- Experience managing complex and sensitive negotiations with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to achieve multiple project objectives with limited resources, tight deadlines whilst working with ambiguity and unexpected changes.
