AMP Bank will launch a new division in Q1 2025 that will target small businesses, sole traders and consumers. The new division will offer transaction and savings accounts designed to provide tailored functionality and features to help small business owners and everyday consumers manage their finances 'on-the-go' from their mobile phones. This is an exciting new initiative for AMP Bank that will position us to support Australia's growing number of small businesses with their banking needs and further deliver on our purpose, helping people to create their tomorrow.
How you'll make an impact
You will be helping us to build and deliver this exciting new division. This is an amazing 6 Month Fixed Term opportunity, where you will be responsible for defining, managing and defending an optimal Digital Customer Experience for the launch of our new business banking product. This role sits within the Digital Growth team which delivers best in class digital experiences for existing and potential AMP customers. This team is responsible for the end to end digital experience from awareness, digital sales & service.
You'll make an impact by:

  • Manage and execute the UI and UX user research and customer experience activities across multiple projects and agile scrum teams.
  • Map front stage and backstage experience for key user journeys (acquisition and retention) and identify and escalate experience risks.
  • Develop notifications and messaging guidelines.
  • Champion the customer and support the Digital Product Owners with an App Review strategy and key journeys to present reviews and Digital NPS/CSAT.
  • Drive the development and enhancement of all digital experience artefacts/processes (customer journey maps, wireframes and flows, Figma component library, research reports), and setting up an enterprise digital design system and concepts for the product.
  • Define the CX/ UX principles for the product and makes decisions that demonstrate alignment with Human Centred Design, AMP's strategy and the digital roadmap. Govern adherence to principles across scrums.
  • Stay informed of developments in technology, sharing these insights with the broader Digital team and making recommendations that improve our processes and outcomes.
  • Act as design lead for integrations of product or data with MarTech, website and communications

What you will bring to the team

  • Previous 5+ years experience in research, design, implementation and management of Digital solutions preferably in financial services
  • Competent understanding and experience in digital strategy and defining and implementing digital experiences across multiple channels (web, mobile, tablet and other devices)
  • Understanding of responsive web design and native mobile application design for iOS and Android and set up and maintenance of digital design systems
  • Strong knowledge of Figma, Maze, Miro, Adobe Suite and any large CMS e.g. Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and working in a project environment and understanding of project management principles
  • Understanding of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services
