About the Role
As a Senior Settlements Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of purchaser clients during the settlement process, and own the relationship with builders/developers on selected projects. You work closely with Settlements Managers and report to the Group Manager - Settlements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Team Support: There is an opportunity for some of our Senior Settlement Managers to mentor Settlements Managers, and this role may turn into a formal leadership position over time.
- Project Oversight: Provide robust oversight of all project phases, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a trustworthy point of contact.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor defect identification and resolution, coordinating with builders and project managers.
- Communication Leadership: Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Financial Coordination: Oversee financial aspects, including liaising with brokers and facilitating transactions.
- Report to Group Manager: Collaborate and report progress to the Group Manager.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualities
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in property settlements.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage mid-level teams however this is not essential.
