Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing and Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market.IMC and its associated indigenous Joint Venture partners have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Petroleum, Novo resources, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team in the Pilbara.
Job requirements:
Collating job packs/onboarding documentation for new starters Co-ordinating travel and accommodation bookings Accurate data entry Updating reports Managing timesheets Maintaining and updating roster information Raising purchase orders and receipting of same General administration duties Successful candidates will possess: Min 2 years site administration experience High level of computer literacy in all MS Office applications with a solid knowledge ERP systems Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
