Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Site Manager to spearhead an exciting retail and residential project in North Brisbane. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of this high-profile development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance with QBCC regulations and company policies.
• Oversee project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams to drive efficiency and resolve challenges.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and attend regular project meetings to communicate progress and address any issues.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects, ideally within retail and residential sectors.
• QBCC Site Manager License is mandatory.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
