We are on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Site Manager who is looking for a new opportunity in Queensland’s Fraser Coast’s most attractive region, Hervey Bay, known for its unspoilt coastline and charm and “The Gateway to Fraser Island (K’Gari)”

Being successful in this role will see you working on a $500million project in Torbanlea, 20 mins outside of Hervey Bay.
You will receive a generous salary along with a site uplift. Relocation costs will also be covered for the right candidate.
What will the role require?
- Successful management of the trades and subcontractors on site
- Lead a big site team of foremen and engineers etc
- Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
- Approval of the subcontractor invoices
- Liaise with the project manager to ensure that the time and budget constraints are met
- Coordinate all site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation
To be successful within this position the following is required:
- Experience working in an EBA site environment
- Industrial relations (IR) experience
- Stable career history within the construction industry
- The ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Have experience working on large multi million dollar projects
- Strong site management experience within the Commercial Construction sector
- Be well organised, with great communication skills and work ethic and a high level of integrity
