One of Australia’s Top Turnkey Tier 1 Head Contractors that provides the full range of building services from design, consultation, and management to the construction and the fit-out of large-scale projects between $50M to $200M has recently won a healthcare project valued at around $100M that starts next month.
Your CTA Project
One of the packages for this flagship project is a brand new 6-storey commercial carpark worth around $20M. This part of the project will take around 15 months and needs its Site Manager separate from the main project going up next to the carpark, which is worth around $80M.
Your CTA Team
You will have a very well-resourced team for this project: a Senior Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, and Project Engineer.

Your CTA Opportunity
This opportunity is for a Site Manager who feels it’s time to move into a company that values you and your experience. Suppose you’ve been exposed to 3 - 5 projects over $10M, preferably $20M, as a Site Manager from inception to completion over the past 7 - 10 years but feel the next step with your current company isn’t getting you excited, or you need a challenge. In that case, I think this role could be for you as they have a very detailed career plan for you.
Your CTA Progression
This includes a T1 Senior Site Manager mentor on this site completing the $80M package next to you, a guaranteed yearly pay rise increase, a more extensive project to move onto after this $20M package is complete, and last but not least on the job training so your constantly improving.
