In this role you will
- Lead the design, development and implementation of large-scale websites and applications within the Digital Customer Channels team.
- Provide expert guidance in utilizing React, NextJS and GraphQL to deliver high-quality, customer-centric software solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of development tools, focusing on automation and efficiency enhancements.
- Mentor team members, foster collaboration and share knowledge to promote a culture of learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain software quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Offer high-level support for deploying applications, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.

About you
- Demonstrated expertise in modern JavaScript web development, showcasing practical experience.
- Proficiency with cutting-edge web front-end technologies like React, GraphQL and Tailwind, ensuring dynamic and responsive interfaces.
- Extensive experience working with contemporary JS languages, frameworks and libraries such as NodeJS and TypeScript.
- Skilled in integrating and utilizing RESTful web services for seamless client-server communication.
- Proven track record in writing comprehensive Unit and UI Test Automation to maintain software reliability.
- Familiarity with industry-standard development tools like GIT and Bitbucket for effective collaboration and version control.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban, CI/CD, TDD and BDD, for streamlined project management and delivery.
- Hands-on experience implementing software solutions compliant with PCI DSS standards, prioritizing data security and compliance.
