- Has strong knowledge of web development (full stack, though specialising in a particular area can also be good! Specifically, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React UI or Angular, SQL).
- Has excellent communication skills between teammates, stakeholders, and third parties.
- Is a leader in promoting excellence in software engineering approaches and outcomes.
