Since launching in 2022, they've grown rapidly, empowering businesses and large-scale projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Working in a cross functional team of designers and engineers, you'll be continuing to scale the platform with new features, whilst working in close collaboration with their customers.
The Role:
You'll play a key role in building, managing, and shaping the future of the web applications. This will be slightly more weighted towards the frontend (60/40).
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate on back-end web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Develop engaging front-end single-page applications using React.
- Design and implement robust APIs.
- Partner with various teams to craft solutions.
- Write clean, scalable code.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers.
What They're Looking For:
- 4 + years as software engineer
- 3 + years using Ruby on Rails - Would also consider somebody with a different backend technology if they're willing to learn Ruby.
- 3 + years Frontend experience.
- Strong foundation in server-side development.
- In-depth understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and database design.
- Excellent communication and some stakeholder management experience.
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience with cloud services
- A knack for data analysis and debugging
- Experience implementing various tests across platforms
- A startup mindset
- A problem-solving attitude
- Initiative and a willingness to think outside the box
- A desire to learn and grow
