Great opportunity for a Domain Architect to looking after the Agency's core Corporate Systems (ERP and COTS including Salesforce CRM, SAP Financials, HR systems etc). In addition to core ERP and corporate applications, the role spans the modern workplace and desktop systems, knowledge management, and productivity tools.

This is an opportunity to join the Architecture practice and have input into the Enterprise ICT roadmap, working within a nationally distributed team. This is a large federated environment with tier-1 vendors and a team followng Agile SAFe methodology.

Duties

• Deliver high quality Solution Architecture roadmaps and solutions
• Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture and the strategic IT roadmap
• Engage with the business to understand strategic objectives and requirements.
• Engage with the enterprise architects, solution leads, business representatives, development team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure solution alignment across domains.
• Provide technical guidance during project delivery
• Ownership and accountability for leading and producing the delivery of coherent technical solutions across the domain
• Represent the domain throughout all Architecture Governance Councils and Forums.

Success Measures

• Minimum 8 years of Architecture experience with broad business and technical knowledge
• Experience leading the implementation of complex ERP platforms (eg SAP, Salesforce) and Corporate Systems (eg Financials, HR and Payroll, CRM, Asset Management, Knowledge Management)
• Background in a Senior Solution Architect or Business Architecture role in ERP/Corporate Systems
• Experience designing and leading the implementation of corporate tooling and productivity tools
• Excellent listening, communication and stakeholder management skills, must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements.
• Experience balancing project and program, project and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers.
• Act as the business' conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution.
• Bachelor or higher in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
• TOGAF / ZACHMAN certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification
• Azure or AWS public cloud experience
• SAFe Agile preferred
• Industry experience across health or insurance sectors, finance, claims systems, government, or other related industries with large customer base.

NOTE: The successful candidate will need to be an Australian Citizen and may be required to secure AGSVA Baseline clearance.
