The purpose of this position is to provide advice and support for the Queensland Health rostering system – Infor WFM and integrated ERPs including myHR and SAP. Using business and system analysis to provide incident support, identification of system problems and development of workaround to meet service delivery.
Work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure the successful and timely resolution of issues for the Health and Hospital Services (HHS) using Infor WFM as their rostering solution.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated effective knowledge of integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, particularly in the area of functional and solution responsibility relating to rostering systems, such as Workbrain or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in providing application support, solving issues for clients and providing workarounds to ensure business continuity.
- Proven customer focus with an emphasis on building relationships, understanding and meeting customer's needs, understanding impacts of rostering and prioritisation in the context of the IWFM rostering support team's responsibility and providing a value added service.
- Proven effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel to HHS sites to provide onsite support by negotiation if required.
