Fixed term, part time Speech Pathology position (3 days a week)
Heidelberg Repat Hospital and Royal Talbot Rehab Center, inpatient rehabilitation
$110,000 base + salary packaging + super (pro-rata for part time)

About the
This position works within the inpatient rehabilitation stream of the Austin Health Speech Pathology department. Our services include: neuro / spinal / ABI rehab, aged care, better at home and CADMS services
About the role
The Grade 3 clinician will support the Grade 4 clinicians, the Manager and team in a range of activities including project planning and development, strategic planning, policy development and resource allocation.
In addition, the Grade 3 clinician may :
- manage an individual clinical caseload and act as a consultant / resource in the relevant area of expertise
- provide clinical leadership and specialist clinical knowledge in the discipline practice
- use their comprehensive experience and knowledge to foster professional development and deliver training and supervision to staff and students
- lead/participate in the development and review of quality and safety activities
- lead and support research projects as delegated
