About the role
We are seeking a Part-time or Full-time Speech Pathologist to join our team.
As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting our leadership team and contributing to the growth and development of our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Speech Pathologists and occupational therapists
- Manage a small caseload of paediatric clients
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
- Lead in-clinic small group programs
- Assist in new graduate training as well as managing students on placement
- Participate in leadership strategy and planning discussions

About you
You will be empathetic and understanding with a strong focus on learning and providing the right solutions for your patients. You are a positive person who values teamwork, support, and contribution to your team! Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology
- Registration with SPA
- Minimum of four years’ experience in paediatric therapy
- Clinical skills in assessment and development of interventions in paediatrics
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills – able to communicate with a range of stakeholders on varied levels
- Hold valid National Police check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions
