The exciting opportunity:
- Design the role to suit you – option of working part or full time
- Provide support and guidance to a small team of Speech Pathologists
- Use your advanced clinical understanding and professional judgement to provide a range of speech and language support to adolescents and adults with a variety of needs
- Travel to clients’ homes to conduct thorough assessments on communication and mealtime management abilities
- Deliver holistic, outcome focused and individualised care plans to help clients reach their goals
- Work in collaboration with clients, their families and a multi-disciplinary team to implement appropriate interventions
- Have the opportunity to work from home, writing case notes and comprehensive reports
- Fantastic flexibility – choice of part or full time and the ability to work from home
- Manage a case load that suits where you live and your area of specialty
- Report to a nurturing Clinical Operations Manager who prioritises support and professional development
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- Up to $55 an hour + travel allowance + super
- Possess tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Excellent track record as a Speech Pathologist in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS guidelines
- Fantastic interpersonal skills with the ability to form therapeutic relationships with clients
- Customer service focused with a commitment to providing exceptional care in all forms
- An empathetic, passionate, tenacious and driven professional
