Located in Rockingham, Jandakot, and Morley, as a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:
- Lead and mentor your team of Speech Pathologists, facilitating a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Engage with families and key stakeholders to craft personalized plans.
- Offer individual and group support across a diverse age group, with the flexibility to tailor your caseload.
- Collaborate within a transdisciplinary framework to construct comprehensive therapy plans for both school and home settings.
- Benefit from flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home, fostering a balanced work-life integration.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and interdisciplinary meetings to bolster your professional development and share your expertise.
- A competitive salary range of $105,000-$130,000 p.a + Super, alongside salary-sacrificing options.
