Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking an innovative and passionate Consultant Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Only a short, relaxed drive out of Perth with flexible work conditions using a hybrid model of service delivery including face to face and remote.

We are looking for someone to deliver exceptional Speech Pathology services to our NDIS participants within a sustainable Collaborative Therapy Model.

About the role:
NDIS Consultant Speech Pathologist role includes:

• Speech and language Assessments and Reassessments;
• NDIS Initial and Final Outcome Reports
• Setting up of Therapy Assistant, Junior Speech Pathologist and Key worker plans
• Mentoring and coordinating Therapy Assistant and Junior Speech Pathologist

• Relevant undergraduate Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
• Minimum experience of one year
• Speech Pathology Australia Registration
• Preferred practicum experience working with children with disabilities
• Knowledge of NDIS, individualised planning and funding options
• Experience working alongside an OT and AHA
• Ability to work independently, use initiative and set priorities
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and educate an Allied Health Assistant/Junior Speech Pathologist
