The Senior Sport Operations Officer is responsible for assisting with the delivery of an innovative and informed anti-doping testing for Australian sport.

The duties of the Senior Sport Operations Officer include, but is not limited to:
- Assist in the development of an innovative and informed anti-doping testing program for Australian sport.
- Manage a team to implement Sport Integrity Australia's Anti-Doping Testing Program.
- Ensure compliance with international requirements such as the International Standard for Testing and Investigations.
- Lead the development and maintenance of sport risk profiles.
- Represent and contribute to relevant Sport Integrity Australia operational meetings on behalf of Sport Operations
- Assist with the development and implementation of anti-doping intervention strategies in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports relating to the performance of Sport Operations activities and functions.
- Identify risk and sensitivities in Sport Operations activities and escalate as necessary.
- Manage relationships with professional sports, including the day-to-day administration of user-pays contracts.
- Add value to the anti-doping community.
- Delivery of an innovative and informed anti-doping testing program for Australian sport.
- Contribute to the activities of the Sport Operations Team in accordance with Sport Integrity Australia's legislative framework, the World Anti-Doping Code, and Sport Integrity Australia's operating model.
- Implement test planning services within the allocated resources.
- Implement test planning services under contract within Australian Government requirements and in line with contract deliverables.
- Ensure that the APS Values and Code of Conduct are adhered to at all times.
- Endorse and encourage 'best practice' recordkeeping in accordance with Sport Integrity Australia's Record Keeping Policy and Information Governance Framework.
- Cooperate with the employer and comply with all relevant legislation and Sport Integrity Australia's health and safety policies, procedures and instructions and Sport Integrity Australia's ICT and Information Governance Framework.
