  About the Role: Reporting to Lead Designer, you will play a crucial role in the engineering team, leading the design and development of structural solutions for mining, mineral processing, and bulk export equipment.   Key Responsibilities: Lead the structural design and development process for mining, mineral processing, and bulk export equipment. Mentor and nurture a team of drafters, providing guidance and support as needed.
