POSITION
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Structural Engineer in Sydney to take a step up into a Senior role and become a future partner.
This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of projects throughout NSW, presenting a unique blend of challenge and professional development in a thriving environment.
Some of the responsibilities of this role includes:
- Deliver STRUCTURAL ENGINEERing designs, calculations, repair methodologies and assessments
- Mentoring Junior Structural Engineers and Drafters
- Lead and manage improvements in the general housekeeping, organisation and configuration
- Lead and drive continuous improvement of engineering knowledge, methods and processes in line with company objectives
- Participate in the preparation of BD proposals, estimates, system designs, technical and performance specifications, workflow estimates, engineering design estimates and written technical descriptions
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other engineers on project progress and engineering concerns
- Participate in the procurement of, materials and subcontracted services in accordance with the company's purchasing guidelines and procedures

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:
- Bachelor of Engineering - Structural or Civil
- Atleast 4 years of experience as an Engineer working within Tier 1 & 2 consultancies
- Clear and strong communication and presentation skills
