About our role:
Our Darwin structural teamwork across multiple sectors including Buildings, Ports and Marine, Defence and Space, Water, and Sport and Recreation.  Due to ongoing relationships with our established client base plus, plus developing sectors with support of our offices around Australia, we are seeking 2 Structural Engineers with ideally a minimum of 5 years of design experience. 
Reporting to a Regional Manager or Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading designs and working with the local structural team of up to 10 people, plus interstate offices depending on the scale of the project.

About you:

  • Relevant Engineering Qualifications. Chartered professional status is highly desirable.
  • Proven multiple years of experience providing economical structural design solutions for your valued clients.
  • Up to date knowledge of relevant Australian and international design standards, codes and practices.
  • Highly developed project management skills coupled with commercial acumen and excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others within the team.
