An opportunity has arisen to join the management team in the Surveillance department in the role of Senior Surveillance Technician.
The Senior Surveillance Technician holds the responsibility to Assist with the management of all technical systems within Asset Protection and responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operational requirements for all systems and technologies of the Asset Protection Department. The successful applicant will assist in guiding the team toward achieving all departmental and company goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with preventative maintenance programs designed to minimise system failures and ensure effectiveness of all surveillance and Security technical equipment.
- Provide advice on the most efficient and effective use of current surveillance equipment and review new technology and advise on suitability.
- Inventory management – ensure Surveillance equipment inventory is accurately maintained and accountable at all times.
- Ensure the Surveillance System is updated to reflect the operational layout and changes, at all times.
- Continually review CCTV system including CCTV Workstations effectiveness and implement changes and enhances, as directed.
To be successful you will have:
- Current NSW Security Industry Licence
- Experience with managing CCTV installation, maintenance, repairs and programming.
- Preferred Electrical Trade &/or Certificate
- Experience in IT operating systems &/or network maintenance
