At the Shire we value Honesty, Empathy, Accountability, Respect and Teamwork which underpin the way we work with our elected members, the community and each other.Job DescriptionAs our Senior Sustainability Officer your will develop, maintain, and implement the Shire's Sustainability Framework and oversee the development and implementation of the Sustainability Action Plan. You will provide technical advice and guidance to all service areas to foster a culture of sustainable best practice and integrate sustainability into strategic plans and projects. You will support sustainability initiatives including sourcing funding, liaising with community stakeholders, and reporting on sustainability targets and objectives.Your passionate and professional attitude will ensure you build constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, engaging the business and community in sustainable objectives for the future.The rewards:As part of our team, you will enjoy:

- Base annual salary $80,000 per annum dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications
