This role is an integral part of the centralised Talent Acquisition (TA) team as it will ensure that we are focused on being proactive in our sourcing focus and driving change in how we recruit across the business. This position has been created to support the attraction and recruitment of new employees across our hospitals with a focus on but not limited to clinical roles. There will be a need to own and run projects and initiatives, drive process changes and deliver change management within the company whilst also operationally recruiting. The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA team and leadership at our hospitals closing current vacancies whilst always having the Candidate and hiring manager experience at the centre of what we do. You will also have a resource co-ordinator reporting into you and working alongside you to achieve the outcomes needed.

Some examples of the projects and key activities you will work on are refreshing and building our international recruitment pipeline, the best ways to recruit for expansion within the business, how we work with marketing and creating and updating tools for business use to ensure delivery of strategy and concreting the right relationships to ensure success.

Essential Criteria:

· Recruitment experience in a volume or fluid environment where you have used international and agency sourcing channels.

· Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects in a complex environment.

· Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation.

· A strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to Hiring managers and candidates alike.

· Ability to influence senior stakeholders to create change.

· Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a clinical background (desirable)
