We’re looking for a strategic and analytical individual who can create strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in order to bring world class talent to Pattern. This is a full-time role that will work a hybrid schedule from our office in Melbourne, Australia.Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is a day in the life of a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner?Work closely with hiring managers to create the recruitment strategyDay to day tasks include identifying staffing needs, post job openings, sourcing candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, negotiate job offers, and manage the hiring processSource top tier candidates both online and in person through LinkedIn, other media, networking events, universities, career fairs, etc.Bolster employer branding (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)Maintain data on applicants in ATS throughout the recruitment processEnsure an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting processConducts new hire orientationEnsures accuracy of employee timecards and assists with payroll as neededMonitor’s performance evaluation program and revises as necessaryAssist in managing end-to-end people process and strategyAssists Global HR Director with benefits administrationConducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvementData entry and maintenance of employee records in HRIS and other systemsMaintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulationsWhat will I need to thrive in this role?Bachelor’s degree requiredKnowledge of recruiting best practices and techniquesStrong organizational and time management skillsGeneral knowledge of business and ability to identify the right candidate for a positionExceptional communication skills - strong persuasive and negotiation skillsStrong strategic, analytical and decision-making skillsStrong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniquesCapable of establishing and nurturing longstanding relationships with industry professionalsWhat does high performance look like?Strategic focusCreative problem solvingExcellent relationship building skillsYou give 100% to all tasks and projects you are givenWhat is the team like?You will be mentored by, and report into the VP of Talent Acquisition and meet with them on a regular basis to discuss your performance. You will work on a team of other Senior Talent Acquisition Partners across the globe. This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will also collaborate regularly with the Managing Director in Australia and other local team members to attract and retain top talent.
