As a Senior Talent Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving positive change and fostering collective growth within NSW Health. - Develop and implement contemporary talent practice and programs, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and through research.
- Design and manage programs and practices to identify and address capability gaps and enhance retention of key talent.
- Drive the adoption of tools and processes across the health cluster to enhance consistency and leverage talent analytics.
- Conduct talent review and succession planning processes for executive-level roles.
- Champion change management strategies, guide teams through transformative projects and provide support to stakeholders.
- Engage and manage key stakeholders within the organization, across various sectors, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
You are passionate about making a meaningful impact, thrive in a collaborative environment, and take systematic approach to your work. You will support for NSW Health with:
- Building relationships, problem-solving, and driving change.
- Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in leading organisational development, leadership and talent management, change management, and/or learning & development initiatives.
- Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience in utilising data to identify gaps, needs, and opportunities.
- Ideally, experience in working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Proficiency in psychometric assessment interpretation.
