Diplomatik is seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join one of our valued manufacturing clients in the Northern Suburbs.
This role will be casual to commence and is seeking applicants who are looking for ongoing and long term work.
The role will involve:
- Supporting department managers with Admin Support
- Booking Travel and Accommodation
- Formatting HR Documentation prior to issuing and following up with HR Administration for new employees
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Providing reporting capabilities
- Formatting documentation for board reports
- Booking Meetings / Calendar Appointments
To be suitable for this position:
- Applicants must have a min of 3 years experience with experience covering the responsibilities required.
- Excellent MS Office experience
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to multitask
