Senior Teamhead of Marketing

YOUR MISSION
We currently have an opportunity for a Teamhead of Marketing to join our team in Moorabbin. This role reports into our Senior Head of Marketing and Sports Licensing and will lead a team of ten. It will be responsible for all marketing strategies across Oceania to achieve brand and commercial objectives, delivering best in class campaigns, activations and launches.
PUMA is an aspirational brand, creative in nature and open to pushing Marketing boundaries, we are seeking a candidate to mirror these attributes.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Brand Communications Strategy with the aim to authenticate PUMA as a leading Sport and Lifestyle Brand in Oceania
• Lead the development and implementation of the Commercial Marketing strategy Retail, to drive traffic and conversion
• Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to budget according to the Global GTM process
• Lead and execute consumer communications strategy for all key initiatives effective use of media, PR, digital, events and influencers
• Deliver a premium brand experience at all touchpoints
• Ensure all campaigns are delivered in full and on time
• Identify, amplify and leverage global and local Ambassador Sponsorships
• Work with Retail, Sales and Merchandise teams to plan and execute Go To Market sell in presentations and lead marketing discussions at these touch points
• Lead the team to drive the launch and activation of key campaigns and announcements
• Lead Cross functional teams to plan marketing activities and manage the working calendars to ensure launches and campaigns are aligned
• Manage the budget and forecasting process for brand marketing with local and global stakeholders
• Drive PUMA’s sustainability focus and to drive innovation across the brand

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Extensive Trade/Retail Marketing experience for a multi category brand
• Strong understanding of Sport and Sportstyle categories
• Clear competency and knowledge in the realms of brand management, media buying, digital and social media management, retail marketing
• Project management experience
• Experience managing budgets
• Marketing calendar development and execution
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and multitask
