SalaryAzure Networking builds, operates and manages Microsoft's global network which is one of the largest private networks ion the globe. The IP Services team manages the IP Address inventory for Microsoft which includes responsibilities for everything from implementing technologies such as IPv6, partnering with Security to ensure the highest level of protections, to ensuring our existing inventory is utilized effectively and efficiently. A technically oriented Senior Technical Program manager will drive deliverables for an end-to-end experience.
As part of this effort, expect to learn about teams and services across Microsoft as you interface with them to understand their applications and services and what is needed to implement these strategies. In addition, customer interactions will be necessary, and you will learn to understand scenarios and how to help the customer successful.

Responsibilities:
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment on goals and priorities.
- Appropriate level status reports and dashboards which include reporting to various levels of leadership on progress, gaps, and where/when help is needed.
- Identify where there are clear technical and competitive blockers and path forward to address the blockers.
- Correlate escalations to ensure correct prioritization as well as establish expectations.
- Lead semester planning coordination across teams based on prioritization.
- Communicate with customers about what is possible and, where appropriate, the roadmap to success for the customer.
Required Qualific ations:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in management of cross-group, cross-disciplinary software development.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies as well as Experience leading engineering teams and shown ability to coordinate large scale programs.
