About this Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness & Maintenance Control (HAAMC), you will provide high level support to the HAAMC managing the RFDS SA/NT’s aircraft airworthiness and maintenance control for 22 aircraft across SA/NT. This entails managing the servicing, maintenance, and scheduling program for our fleet of PC-12 & PC-24 aircraft, to ensure airworthiness compliance is met. You will be responsible for the administration of the reliability program and possess a passion for aviation compliance and program/process improvement.

About You

As an experienced individual, you possess the following capabilities and experience:

  • Proven experience in reliability management.
  • Proven experience in the aviation industry in relation to aircraft maintenance and maintenance control.
  • A good understanding of relevant CASA regulatory requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Excellent time management skills and assessment of priorities, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines and proactively manage their assigned work requirements.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
