WHAT YOU BILL DOING
- Liaising with Freight Forwarding members on International Freight based issues
- Regular contact and occasional visits with CTO’s/Airlines/Stevedores/Shipping Lines/Wharf based 3PL’s
- Represent IFCBAA at land-based industry events.
- Facilitate International Freight Forwarding forums where required
- Interstate travel when required
- Key National advocacy role in both Air and Sea matters
- 1-2 days/week visiting members
 
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE
- Local Senior International Freight Forwarding Experience
- Drive, initiative, industry experience to think one step ahead
- Clear concise and confident communication skills both verbally and written
- Genuine want to represent a well-known industry body.
- Ability to identify, develop and implement both existing and new members
- Strong computer system and technical knowledge
