About Logi-Tech:
Logi-Tech is an Adelaide-based and Australian-owned Managed Service Provider, providing complete IT support for SMEs, State Government, large corporate clients, and Defence, specialising in next generation cybersecurity. We're looking for an experienced professional to deliver technical support and maintenance to our growing client-base as part of a close-knit team.
The Position:
As a Senior Technical Services Engineer, you will be able to enjoy a wide variety of technical challenges, from server maintenance and administration through to firewalling and cybersecurity. Beyond acting as an escalation point for more junior technicians, you'll have an opportunity to own client projects from diagnosis to resolution, to create high-level reports and analysis, and to make the role your own. While our office operates predominantly during business hours, there will be some out-of-hours work for planned project upgrades, or in case of emergency.

- Passionate about continuous professional development.
- Adaptable with the ability to research issue resolutions from knowledgebases and/or vendors - every client's circumstances are unique.
- Experienced in other managed services or IT support roles - ideally 7 to 10 years.
- With a demonstrated understanding of:
- Client support
- Servers – both on-premises and in-cloud
- Storage Operations
- Virtualisation
- Active Directory
- MS365 and Azure (Cloud)
- Networking and connectivity concepts
- Computing infrastructure
- Good understanding of disciplines required for project delivery.
- IT certifications equivalent to a Certificate IV or above, or comparable industry experience.
- Certifications in any of the following:
- ITIL 4
- VMWare
- Cisco
- Microsoft (M365 Azure)
- Fortinet.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Able to hold a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
