Senior Technology Project Manager

We are searching for an eager Senior Project Manager to plan, organise, lead and control Technology (IT&OT) projects efficiently and effectively. The Senior Project Manager will manage the resources, schedules, finance and adhere to the define project management methodology and will contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Your new role will include:
- Build collaborative, productive, trusting and lasting relationships with stakeholders through open and frequent communication, and by delivering on commitments.
- Act as a role model for Technology Group's engagement and approach to providing customer service.
- Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives. Create clear & attainable project objectives, which must include cost, time, scope, and quality.
- Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to 1) work safely and show a duty of care, and 2) meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
- Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC/Waterfall.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organisations.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
