Senior Tenancy Delivery Manager

Redpath Partners are delighted to be working with a forward-thinking real estate business who enhance community experience and values across Australia who are seeking a Senior Tenancy Delivery Manager.

Reporting directly to the National Tenancy Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless processes and successful outcomes for the Tenancy Delivery function across designated centres.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain governance processes for Leasing Design & Delivery.
• Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to oversee and manage work contracts.
• Manage reconfiguration projects within cost and timeline targets.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
• Chair regular status meetings and drive project progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and approve technical plans and drawings across various disciplines.
• Coordinate with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee project scheduling, planning, and permit submissions.

Key Relationships:

• Collaborate with Senior Retail Design Managers to ensure adherence to design and industry standards.
• Work closely with leasing managers to determine scope and costs for landlord works.
• Coordinate with Centre Operations Managers and teams to ensure timely shop openings and lease compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of building infrastructure systems and architectural components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Project Scheduling, and Budgeting Software.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.
• Customer-focused with a drive for innovation and process improvement.
• Experience in delivery management, project management, and shopping centres (8-10 years preferred).
• Proven leadership in fostering inclusivity, driving performance, talent development, and managing change effectively.
• Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and business needs.
