Reporting directly to the National Tenancy Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless processes and successful outcomes for the Tenancy Delivery function across designated centres.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain governance processes for Leasing Design & Delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders to oversee and manage work contracts.
- Manage reconfiguration projects within cost and timeline targets.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Chair regular status meetings and drive project progress.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review and approve technical plans and drawings across various disciplines.
- Coordinate with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee project scheduling, planning, and permit submissions.
- Collaborate with Senior Retail Design Managers to ensure adherence to design and industry standards.
- Work closely with leasing managers to determine scope and costs for landlord works.
- Coordinate with Centre Operations Managers and teams to ensure timely shop openings and lease compliance.
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of building infrastructure systems and architectural components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, Project Scheduling, and Budgeting Software.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and adept at building and maintaining relationships.
- Customer-focused with a drive for innovation and process improvement.
- Experience in delivery management, project management, and shopping centres (8-10 years preferred).
- Proven leadership in fostering inclusivity, driving performance, talent development, and managing change effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and business needs.
